Our Functional Artist-Athlete Training program will supplement your dance training to prevent injury, enhance your movement quality, and increase your longevity. Even if you're not a dancer, join in on the fun and the athletic benefits of being one!

  • 70+ exercise demonstration videos are included to guide you every step of the way as if you're training in person!

  • Go-at-your-own-pace styled course which can fit into any schedule, no matter how busy.

  • Only workout equipment needed are superbands and room to workout!
